(1) Outline every image you want to raise and let it dry

(2) Fill inside the outlined images and let them dry.

(3) Re-apply over the dry areas to raise images up to desired levels.

(4) Brush to apply 3-D Crystal Lacquer in between the raised images and/or background. (optional)
